Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days of being placed. After that, delivery time depends on the carrier. The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout.

Returns

• You have 30 days from delivery to return an item.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• To start a return, email us at contact@jesuscountryofficial.com with your order number and the item and size.
• For size or change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return shipping.
• Once we receive your return, we refund it to your original payment method.

Size exchanges

Need a different size? We'll exchange it, subject to availability, and send the new size at no extra cost. You cover the return shipping of the original item. Since our drops are limited, a size may sell out, and in that case we'll refund you instead.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or misprinted, or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and we cover the shipping.
